How to configure Mailswap?
Mailswap is very simple to configure. To let Mailswap handle your customer support automatically, just enter the information related to your email address used on your store's contact page. For more information, please check our dedicated page.
Why provide my email?
When configuring Mailswap and to simplify the use of our application, we ask for an email address and its associated password. We need this information to receive emails sent by your customers and respond on your behalf as if it were you.
What will my customer receive?
Mailswap takes care of responding on your behalf (with your email address) automatically (on average within 3 hours) to your customers. They will receive one of the templates you have defined in the "Custom Emails" section based on the initial request.
How to customize the sent templates?
Mailswap allows you to fully customize the response templates used to reply to your customers. By default, the application responds with predefined templates. However, we strongly recommend customizing these emails. To do this, go to the "Custom Emails" section of our application. You can completely redefine the body of the sent email. Additionally, for more complex procedures, you can define the information you want to collect to build a customer file.
